Spearheading her own Corporate Communication Company after two successful exits, she is also the Managing Director for a leading Organization committed to Learning and Development of Employees.
A pioneer in bringing formalised education in the Event Management Industry, she has been certified by Harvard in their ‘Leaders of Learning’ program. A strategic adviser to many organisations on Diversity Management and Leadership Agility, she mentors many Entrepreneurs to find sustainable and scalable solutions for their business ideas.
The face of Athens (2004) and Rio (2016) Olympics LIVE on DD and Star Sports, she hosted the National Film Awards and 50th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) as well. An Ex Miss India Finalist (2002) and recipient of various National and International Awards, she has been the former Chairperson for Indian Women Network (Pune) at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
